Marketplace Bakery was established in 1984, the year our famous Marketplace Sour™ sour starter was born,.in historic downtown Louisville, Colorado.
Kathy Rosser and Susan Bright purchased the bakery in January 2007, and immediately began servicing local restaurants looking for quality, locally baked bread.
In 2010 we moved the operation to a brand new facility in Longmont, Colorado. Here we plan to expand our wholesale business and offer our fresh baked, hand made breads online and through a Bread of the Month Club.
We are family owned and operated and our goal is your total satisfaction. Kathy, Susan, Lauren, Libby, and Spencer are dedicated to producing the best bread and rolls possible.
